Alpha Center's Fleet for Little Feet is our mobile pregnancy care bus. The bus travels all over South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota, reaching rural areas to help women who, for various reasons, are not able to travel to Sioux Falls. The bus has made several trips to Planned Parenthood clinics, offering free ultrasounds to Planned Parenthood clients. The ultrasounds give women the first glimpses of their unborn babies. On-board counselors offer true and factual information about abortion and alternatives, helping women understand all the options available for them and their child. Typically, 87 percent of abortion-bound women will change their minds and decide not to abort their babies, after seeing the little babies, vibrant and very alive, on ultrasound.
