The national LIFE Runners team participated in the Kansas City Half and Full Marathon on October 15th, 2011. LIFE Runners help save unborn children and their families by raising awareness, prayers and funds. They race in jerseys that say "REMEMBER the Unborn". LIFE Runners pray for abortionists, pregnant mothers in crisis, and unborn children in danger.
The 2011 fundraising effort will support the Sioux Falls Alpha Center mobile pregnancy care bus that provides free ultrasounds in rural communities. Statistics show that 87% of mothers considering abortion who see their ultrasound image choose Life!
The LIFE Runners motto is “Runners run, Christians pray, LIFE Runners do both!”
